With a three man battle for the stage, Samuel Dumoulin (Cofidis), beat out Romain Feillu (Agritubel), and Will Frischkorn (Garmin-Chipotle) for the line. Dumoulin gets the win, but Feillu finds himself in yellow now, leading into the ITT tomorrow.
