16th Annual Bicycle Tour of Colorado Double Takes Gunnison, Colorado

A fully supported weeklong road bicycle tour through the Rocky Mountains with the start and stop points in Gunnison, CO.

GUNNISON, COLORADO — The entire Gunnison Valley and surrounding areas are invited to the Bicycle Tour of Colorado (BTC) kickoff celebration at Jorgensen Parks’ Shade for Blades Pavilion on Saturday, June 19, from 3pm to 9pm. Gunnison will welcome over 1,500 riders, 300-plus support crew members and fans to great food, Colorado wineries, beer garden, local business vendors, raffles, giveaways and live music provided by local music legends Chris Coady’s 18 Mile Radius.

This 7 day, 450-plus miles, fully supported bicycle tour in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains is an incredibly scenic ride attracting riders from around the world. The ride is Colorado’s original loop tour starting in Gunnison on Sunday, June 20 and ending in Gunnison on Saturday, June 26, with stops in Creede, Alamosa, Chama, Pagosa Springs, and Center.
